» Victor Hugo

So’ham Bugün proposes workshop to free the emotions  by intuitive dance and theatre.

It’s important for me to offer a space of creative freedom  as much for the personal level than artistic.

When we create, we give birth to oneself in a way, isn’t it?

The creativity is a wonderful way to know each other, discover our potentialities, our capacities and our limits. It’s a face to face with oneself and with the feelings which cross us or sometimes haunt us.

That’s why I propose those workshops in total dumping in the universe of poems written by Victor Hugo. Here we are invited in a sensory and emotional journey first of all for oneself, in oneself and then with the other and also with the collectivity. We start with oneself to create a link with the other. From my perspective, It’s the better way to welcome a relation with the other, to live it of the inside towards the outside and vice-versa. So there is a constant alive movement inside whom we  really have inner sensation according to what we emit and of what we receive from the other one.

The aim is to let go of the most rebel emotions that would have been generates by this work.  An emotion lurking in the shadows is a serious weapon of mass destruction of our very being. Emotion, of the freely expressed kind, constitutes the colours on an artist’s palette. If he puts it at the service of his art, he can sublimate his canvas. Art is none other than the extension of our deepest self. It is a key to understanding. This is why, in my opinion, it is of primordial importance for us to create. Our unconscious needs to be expressed and brought to light. Art enables us to decode the unconscious. Emotion allows us to sense the contours and meanders of our very thoughts, and affects the way we move our bodies. In what I seek to create, audience members are embarked on a journey of the senses, and of the emotions.
